Notice his hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on February 24, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the Chef’s Delicious Restaurant at Timberland (next to Timberland Specialist Centre), 3rd Mile Rock Road, Kuching.

4. To receive the secretary’s report
5. To receive the Treasurer’s report and the audited accounts of the Association.

7. To deal with such other matters as may be raised during the AGM
