Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Saturday Night March 21, 2009 at 6:30 pm at the Dong Guan Restuarant in Central Park Commercial Centre, 3rd mile Rock Road, Kuching.

3. To confirm the minutes of the last AGM held on February 24, 2008
4. To receive the secretary's report
5. To receive the Treasurer's report and the audited accounts of the Association
6. To elect the office bearers for the term 2009-2011
7. To elect the auditor for the year 2009
8. To deal with such other matters as may be raised during the AGM
